Council Meetings

Parish Council meetings are being held at The Glebe, 4 High Street unless stated otherwise on the Agenda.

Members of the public are welcome to address the Council regarding business on the agenda during the Open Forum. Please click on the following link 'Guide to Public Participation at Meetings'.


Draft minutes of meetings of the Council are approved by the subsequent meeting,  they are available for inspection by any elector in the parish by contacting the Parish Council. Minutes of Full Council meetings are published here after being approved by the council.

Sutton PC Meeting Dates for Civic Year 2025/2026

Full Council

Meetings are every 4th Tuesday of the Month and currently being held at The Glebe, 4 High Street in Sutton (Unless stated otherwise on the Agenda)

Personnel

Personnel Committee meetings are held as and when required, and at least once per year.

Planning Committee

The Planning Committee has been disolved. (11th May 2022). All planning applications will be considered by Full Council.
