INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARDS
MANEA & WELNEY, MARCH THIRD, MARCH FIFTH, MARCH SIXTH AND RANSONMOOR DISTRICT DRAINAGE COMMISSIONERS, HADDENHAM LEVEL DRAINAGE COMMISSIONERS
AND THE MIDDLE LEVEL COMMISSIONERS
The above listed Internal Drainage Boards/District Drainage Commissioners have all approved to update their present Byelaws to include within them the purpose of regulating the effects on the environment bringing them into line with the Defra model byelaws (published in October 2012).
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Land Drainage Act 1991, these proposed byelaws are now being advertised and copies of each Board’s/Commissioners Byelaws can be found on the Middle Level Commissioners’ website at www.middlelevel.gov.uk within the Documents page for each individual Internal Drainage Board/District Drainage Commissioners entitled Draft Byelaws 2019.
